Hello there! I've found two old but working 2SC897. Can I make a small (very little!) amp with few components? I have a 13.8V supply that's capable of 3A... or it's just too odd to do?
Think it as a tricky challenge: what can I do with 2 power transistors, a 14V supply and various unknown drivers? I also have a 2SK2666, a hi-speed swithching mosfet. Can I make a small single-ended amp from that? I expect powers in the order of 1 watt or so... |
