CRC Power Supplies

Does any one have any information how to calculate the resister value fo CRC Power Supplies..? im going to try one and see how they work and sound..

Currents, voltages?

This uses R-C-R-C but it is for small currents like pre amps. The resistors values are 2.2 and 10 ohms.
