i have 2 irf630's layin around along with a couple small pnp and npn transistors i was wondering if there was anyting i could do with these

Depending on the quality of your small transistors you could build a mono power amplifier of good to excellent quality with around 40 watts RMS output. Note you will also need some driver transistors BD139 / BD140 etc.

ok how about a better question does anybody know exactly how to build an amp with 2 irf630s and whatever other parts i need or does anybody know of a schematic for irf630s or a schematic of an amp of mosfets i can replace with irf630s? thanks in advance you for your time

on the mosfet 12 schematic would there be a way to replace the two irf100s with 630s
