Nad 320Bee nning hot. Help!!

my Nad 320bee which is barely a week old seems to be running hot (has complete ventilation, open completely). now if i Switch off until it cools. Switch on with speakers disconnected. If it still gets hot is there a fault? if the answer is yes, then how do i correct it.
thanks

Sachi,
If the unit is a week old, return it to the store for a replacement. They can check it there as well. If they all run hot, buy a different amp. I am not impressed with NAD designs anyway.
