What kind of material is that?
Looks like a some brick of stone or ceramic.
I have never seen anything like it.

At least it do not look as PCB Plastic Circuit Board.
Maybe you have painted a normal board with silver colour ...

It's a basic pcb. It's just tinned and it is not filled all around the edges.
