Here's what I found doing a Yahoo! websearch. Not much, but it looks like it is part of a schematic. :xeye: Price for it was about $8.50 USD ea. :smash:

Thank you all for your feedback. Deeply appreciate that.
I have all of those info in my hand but the manufacture datasheet. The reason is that I'm planning to design an amplifier using that chip so I need its specs, first of all. Second, once I have that model working in PSPICE, I'll make a PCB for that so I need its footprint.
