Casing dimensions

I'm not building anything yet but I will have to start soon, and so far it seems to me that 350*280 mm will not be enough room to put all in...
I'm wondering if this is allready too big or I can extend the casing a bit more...
I'm asking this because I have never seen a diy amp in live and I have no idea what are the 'standard' dimensions....
You could help by telling me what are dimensions of your diy amp

There are no standard dimensions. I've seen amps that would almost fit in a matchbox, and yet others taller than I am.

350*280mm is probably quite normal. It's about the same as the rack cases that I like to use for larger amps, usually 4U in height (about 120mm).
