how do you choose values for biasing transistors? i've looked and read thoroughly through several websites but have not been able to understand it clearly.
any help is appreciated |

Stick some common values in and change them as required for your circuit. It's nice to have the pot centered for the desired bias but not manditory.
Use a variac for startup until the values are close to what you want. A light bulb will work if you can't get to a variac. -Chris |
