Default Transistor replacement

What would be a good replacement for MJ15003 and MJ15004 in casing other than TO3?

You have these in TO-264 (from onsemi):

MJL4281/4302 - 15A, 350V, 230W

MJL3281/1302 - 15A, 230V, 200W

MJL21194/21193 - 16A, 250V, 200W
