High output impedance amplifier power

Is there any practical limit to how much power an amp with a high output impedance (say >10ohms) can deliver (given a good design and powerful, erm, power supply)?

Would the topology affect the maximum power output (Class A, AB, B, etc.)?

Same as any other. Limits are supply voltage and current. You may find yourself limited by devices - as in a conventional amp.
