Hi

Is there anyone advise me where I can buy a genuine ( NOT FAKE ) 2SC5200/A1943 at match basis.

Toshiba lists the DigiKey stock on their website, so they should be real.

If you are outside of the US, AVNET also stocks them at prices less than Digikey. However they do not have stock of the 2sa1943.

I doubt any major seller will. Also I have not heard anyone need to match TOS parts for OP stages. They are usually matced well enough via QA assisted production processes.
