a21
Have a21 series 2 boards done in cad preamp and power from sugden a21al year 2006
Sugden refused to repair amp for me. Pcb got damaged by heat. So i drawn all boards in easy pc pro xm and repaired it myself and its working ok like new again and i have all the transistors as in the original unit. My clone pcbs sound the same as original and are the same size and pcbs fit inside original case. PS my day job was repairing hi end hi-fi for well known dealer i have now retired

Hello,
Does anyone have schematic of Sugden A21 amplifier? I want to repeat it. Thank you all in advance.
Just google it. Out of curiosity, why do you want to repeat it? Were you impressed with the sound of the ancient circuit? I hope not. If you use different transistor than BFY52/BDY38 the sound will never be the same.
Mine is 2006 - a21al, and have Sanken transistors. I would like to improve it, mostly pre-amp.
I'm interested to find out your opinion about the amp. Imo they cannot be that good by today standard. It was a legend, a classics when there was no competition back then. But nowadays?
