Current Source SPICE Model

Looking for SPICE model for a current source/reference:

National LM134/234/334
Vishay CR160 Series - especially the CR470 (also known as CRO-470)
Vishay Siliconix J500 Series - especially the J511
Microsemi 1N5314
IXYS IXC Series (IXCP10M45)
Others - F-562, E-562, et ...

I am making a 48V voltage reference - my focus is on power supply noise rejection (PSNR).

I am using a stack of Zeners (1N1530, 1N3154-3157, 1N935-939, 1N941-945) to get the desired voltage. I would like to feed the stack with a current source for good PSNR.

Unfortunately, I can't find a current regulator diode (or current limiting diode) SPICE model.

I've attached models for J500 to J511. I remember I had a hard time finding these, but I can't remember where I got them from in the end.

EDIT: The forum has done somthing wierd to the file extension. It is actually a plain text file.
