Looking for APT40xxBN Experience and Comments

Hi,

I have discovered two MOSFETs that are made by Advanced Power, the APT4020BN:

and the APT4025BN

I have been unable to locate any data sheets for these two devices on the Advanced Power Technologies Web site.

I know I have run across some people that have suggested other APT devices. I seem to think the APT4020BN and APT4025BN may be excellent choice in place of the usual IRPF240 many people use as is very available and at good price. I frankly have not seen any other APT devices that have my interest, nor do the APT401XBN devices hold any interest.

I am not aware of a P-Channel compliment of these devices so the obvious application would be in a amp such as the Holdton N-Channel amplifier instead fo the IRFP240's.

I would be interested in anyone who has used either of these APT devices, thoughts regarding any sound or technical differences when used instead of IRFP240 or like output devices.
