I have an amp that runs on approx +/-28V rails for the output. The +/- 28V is zener regulated to +/-15V for the op amps, etc. The +/-15V rails are +16V and -19V. What effect could this have on the output?

Hi sparkaholic,
I'm guessing the -19V will affect the op amp more than the output offset. The voltage is so far off, I would replace the zener if I were you. -Chris |

Yeah, I wouldn't sweat the offset so much, but that is 35V across the chip and I don't know what chip it is, but it may not like it. No room for movement. Zeners are cheap, replace it.
