List,
New to the forum and obviously way out of my league as far as technology. But, please allow a question? I have a home theatre system that when playing a DVD there is an annoying hum coming from the subwoofer, speakers. A friend says it is not a 60 Hz hum but appears to be within the receiver. What fault in a receiver would cause this hum? Thanks. |

Hi,
Is the hum there when listening to FM or any other signal source? If not the fault is unlikely in your rcvr. -Chris |
