Default Tone controls

I going to build this preamp with this tone controls ,so where to put tone controls.
Before or after the gain module?

And second question is , if I use NE5532 for stereo preamp should I replace C4 an C6 with 100uF capacitors?

Any help is welcome!

Put the tone controls first- and make sure they're in the same box. The tone control circuit has a high and variable output impedance so is probably less suitable for driving cables.

There's no reason not to make the bypass caps 100u regardless of which opamp you use.
