I would appreciate Spice models for any of these Sanken power transistors. I could not find info in the archives, Google search or the Sanken website. I'm currently using LTSPICE, but can convert models from most other circuit simulators.
2SA1215 2SC2921 2SA1216 2SC2922 Any recommendation for a US source that has the higher hfe binned parts? I need about 16 each NPN and PNP Thanks for the help..... |
