What do you think about this toroidal transformer? Anything to worry about?

PartsExpress usually has good quality. The outer taps would be suitable for a ~150W amp, I think. However, the VA rating may be a little light.
On the other hand, it looks just about perfect if you wanted to build class-G amps such as the one Doug Self describes. You cannot normally find multiple tap transformers suitable for this purpose off-the-shelf, so someone who realy needs one would beat down your door to get their hands on it.
