Default MOSFETS on the same heatsink?

General question:

I have a P channel source follower direct coupled to a N channel connected similar to SOZ.

If I wanted to have some stability with bias and heat, should these devices be mounted on the same heatsink or seperate ones?

the same I think

with separate they could produce more DC because of conducting difference I guess...
