In come amplifier on the output stage are used little cap (N-channel MOS) (a few picoFarad) between gate and drain-source to incresed the simmetry with a complementary pair (P-channel MOS).
What do you think about this? It's useful or not servants to nothing? If it's useful i can use this little cap also in a input (IRFD110-IRFD9110) and output (IRFP240-IRFP9240) stage of Phass A75? Or in the input the differece of InputCapacitance (20pF) is too low? |

Your question is very good. I wonder also how much this will do. I have a feeling of that it does nothing. The capacitance is also very unlinear and dependent of the speaker load.
