Default JFET pair

Which N- and P-jfets may be used in pair (P < 1W, Vsd > 50V)?
The main "pair" parameters are:

- Id for Vsg=0V,
- Vsg for Id=0A

Thanks!

About the only complementary J-FETs I know of with Vds = 50 volts are the Toshiba 2JS103 and 2SK246.
