Which N- and P-jfets may be used in pair (P < 1W, Vsd > 50V)?
The main "pair" parameters are: - Id for Vsg=0V, - Vsg for Id=0A Thanks! |

About the only complementary J-FETs I know of with Vds = 50 volts are the Toshiba 2JS103 and 2SK246.
