did enyone made the power suply for the k6 amp,like it is in the schematic....???
http://www.a-and-t-labs.com/K6_Sw_Am...atic/k6amp.pdf k6 amp page... http://www.a-and-t-labs.com/K6_Sw_Amp/ i whant to buile the power suply,but i can't because i don't know how to make the 3 transformers...(T2,T3,T4)..... and i can't find any descripton about them.... can enyoane help me ...??? or can someone point me to me to another schematic(that is complete with info about the transformers... and everything else...),and is a simple as posible.... i am a beginer,i never build smps before(from 220V ac), only 12V dc ,for car amp's... |

I presume the transformers are available separately as kit K6T.

FYI

yes,i see new that it is not a good besign...
still i have no other schematics...ther are many out there,and better, easyer to make....there is just a small problem...i can't find them.... . can someone show me a nice schematic that he build and it works fine...(i don't have much expirience with smps...or their design...) |

I dont advice you to build this useless SMPS,
I spent money and time over it, it will not work UNLESS you buy it from a-and-t-labs. and there are many bad reports over it, even the original design, its very old design, using GDT. Dont try it, this is my advice, there amplifier also gets very hot in no time, it sounds good. i made theme both |
