Got a plate amp but have no idea what kind of output it has.
The back has a 2A fuse, says 180 watts. I opened it up and it has two 4700uF 63v caps. Any help greatly appreciated! |

If you have access to a voltmeter, measure the voltages across those capacitors (carefully). If you can see them take down the part number of the output devices.Need to know if they're FETS or Bi-polar.
From there it will be easy to estimate the power output. Cheers
