TO-264 insulators?

I have used these from mouser:

The data for the 4180 pad is here:

The surface of the package is covered, and the pad is thick enough to isolate it from the heatsink.

The 4170 pads are smaller, but I used them for TO-264 devices once as well:

Most of the surface is covered on the bottom of the package, and the heat transfers quite well. The 4180 pads are quite a lot bigger, and work perfect for the TO-264 IMO.
