I have been far to busy the last few month.

R70 and R71 is used to lower the openloop gain.
I would recommend you not to use them. They will give rise to the distortion. If they are going to be used they should be >100K each.
R16 should be 220R - 470R. I use 470R. To low it will lower the openloop gain, too high i will make the phase margin to small.
D9 and D10 should be BAV103.
Q34 and Q35 should be BC846B/856B.
R45,R46,R49,R50 should be 4k7. They will give you a soft current limiter because of the circuits nature.
