Simple PSU for RIAA / m-magnet

Hi i know, this is a odd. quistion, but is it possible to build a simple PSU for my Vellman RIAA :

RIAA stereo pre-amplifier for md pick-ups. Low noise.

Specifications

* supply voltage: 10 -30VDC / 5mA regulated
* gain (1kHz): 35dB
* input signal: 5 - 10mV
* input impedance: 47Kohm
* PCB dimensions: 44 x 65mm (1.7" x 2.6")

I have this transformer : PRI --> 230VAC (Denmark) SEC --> 13Vac - 0Vac - 0Vac - 18Vac

I have some nice ;) Diode recit.... and some dIfferent's CAP's eg.. 2200uF 35V .. 470uF 25V, But unfortunatly only one of each ... I know it's a odd quistion, but maybe some have tried this..

Thanks in advance!
