I have 3 2sj162 and 3 2sk1058 mosfets in an amplifier and i suspect they are all blown, is there a simple way to check this? the amp is currently outputting the -ve voltage rail at the amp output

ok, so if i measure around a 10R resistance between each of the pins, then i can assume these a re dead right?

Infact, is there a cheaper alternative to these mosfets? they are damn expensive here..
Or is there a place here you can order samples from? |
