Phase Linear 200 Circuit

Does anybody have a circuit schematic for a Phase Linear 200 please ?.

There are 2 totally different Phase Linear 200 schematics. One uses all NPN outputs and the other uses NPN + PNP.

There are three versions. One with op amp front end and NPN's and PNP's. One with diff pair and npn's and pnp's and with npn output stage only.
