Hi
I'm looking for a replace compatible with the IC Toshiba TC9235P, this IC it's does not available in the market. I'm looking for other IC that makes the same job, Up & Down Volume. This is for an Altec Lansing 621. |

I think Burr Brown / TI has something similar. PGA2310 if I remember correctly

No, it's just similar. If theses parts are obsolete the only chance is to get this part by a chip broker, surplus or something like this.

I would say the best you are going to be able to do if you can't get the original part, is to construct a replacement circuit for the "potentiometer" sections of the IC, possibly using Dallas-Maxim digital potentiometer IC's.
