Hi all,
anyone heard of the following power transistors: SGS Italy 48409 P461. I am not sure if these transistors are bipolar ones, because only this type is used for all channels and I can measure 0.6 V Base..Collector) and 1.6 V (Base..Emitter). Probably they are Mosfets or BJTs...? They come in the typical transistor package not the TO one. I am looking to purchase the same ones but I cannot find them in the internet. Does anyone know where I can get them or an equivalent type? Thanks for your comments! Hifiboy |
