You can find link below with power amplifier (opamp at the input stage & complementary pair of MOSFETs at the output stage). Unfortunatelly, pages are in Polish. In the third link you can find a PCB layout. At the bottom you can find the specification of this amp. If you will be interested in, mail me and I try help you.
