How about posting a picture instead of a recursive archive...

At first look it could work. Watch the pinout. It's different.
2SJ352: V-MOS, NF-L, 200V, 8A, 100W, 320/120ns GSD 2SJ200: V-MOS, NF-E, 180V, 10A, 120W GDS For more in-depth details try to find the datasheets. Here's the unrar'd pdf: /Hugo |

shouldn`t be a thermal sensing device for thermal compensation ??
i thought that only with lateral devices can you set the bias with a simple pot i don`t know alot about amplifiers

Hi !
According to: (And datasheet) Is the Toshiba 2SJ201/2SK1530 pair (Mosfet) suitable for output stage ? The sj201 is not a lateral and needs thermal compensation. The showed amplifier (from aussieamplifiers i believe) is only for lateral devices. Mike |
