thanks, but
I've tried it, but none of the format available seems to work with orcad. The message is always something like "library not valid" David |

Hi djdamix.
My guess is that You're using an older version of PSpice/Orcad, not compatible with the newer library format ! Try an upgrade ;o)

Modell is on this page : http://www.onsemi.com/site/support/l...outputSize=50&
http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/MJE350.LIB use Mje 350.lib save to a folder/place. This is not the prefered way, but will work: edit somthing you newer use, or make new component is prefered: place like mje 42 in ure drawing. right click and press edit spice modell. Then all parameters for the mje42 coms up. open the mje350.lib with like notepad compare and edit the mje42. afterwards save the edited mje 42 as prefered in prefered... there ia a lot of ways to do editing in orcad. orcad video demos is also somwere on the www. good luck edit: if you'r using separate spice lib remember to add it to the libraries where you edit pspice profile. |
