I thing BC415/BC416 (N/P) suitable for ZTX384.

1. BC415/BC416:
+ Vcbo: 45V
+ Vce: 35V
+ Vebo: 5V
+ Transition freg.: 200Mhz @Ic = 10mA, Vce = 5V
+ Max noise 2.0db @ Ic = 0.2mA, Vce = 5V, Rg = 2K ohm, Frequently from 30 - 15Khz.
+ Flicker noise: 0.11uV @ Ic = 0.2mA, Vce = 5V, Rg = 2K ohm, Frequently 10 - 50Hz.

2. ZTX384
+ Vcbo: 45V
+ Vceo: 30V
+ Vebo: 6V
+ Transition freg.: 150Mhz @Ic = 10mA, Vce = 5V
+ Max noise: 4db @ Ic = 0.2mA, Vce = 5V, Rs = 2K Ohm, Freg. = 30 - 15Khz.
+ Flicker noise: 0.135uV @ Ic = 0.2mA, Vce = 5V, Rs = 2K Ohm, Freg. = 10 to 50Hz.

BC specifications better than ZTX, but the sound is unknown
