I'm looking at designing a high power linear amp using IGBTs. The ones I find use complimentary IGBTs. Any ideas on using ONLY n-channel IGBTs in the output stage? I'm looking for IGBT spice models as well.

You can use N-channel only devices quite successfully in a circlotron topology. Don't forget though that compared to a mosfet of equal voltage and current rating, an IGBT has a die of less than 1/6 the size e.g an IRG4PC40S 600v 40 amp device has about a 4mm x 4mm die IIRC. An IRFP460 rated at 500V 20A has a die about 3 times the area. This translates into a much greater safe operating area and dissiaption rating - just the thing you want for an amplifier.
