I am about to order some parts. I generally like to order parts that are made by a good manufacturer, although I use the ECG device specs for design. I need some part numbers that are like ECG2410/ECG2411 transistors. They are surface mount, SOT 23 case package, very small.
Vbe=150V Ic=400mA Pd= 200mW Hfe=150-200 Ft=300MHz Using them for current sources and current mirrors. If anyone has any part number suggestions for these componants, I would be greatfull. Thanx, Chris |

Hi Chris,
I haven't looked, but why not use on-semi's selector guide? That's where I start looking for specs. when I'm in the design phase. Then you can cross to ECG / NTE . Just kidding. -Chris |

These specs remind me to the good old 2N5401 and 2N5551 through-hole TO-92 transistors
Maybe you can find SMD versions of them |
