Someone know a high power mosfet amplifier design ??
I'am aiming at over 400 W 8 Ohm RMS per channel .. Can anyone help me with a schematic ? |

I believe Randy Slone has a 550w @4 ohms MOSFET based amp, its Class B BTW.

I am not a fan of class D BUT if you choose that route Tripath makes a class T evaluation boards. Just add a power supply and a chassis and you have a new born amp
|

Hi ,
I have a bountch of IRFP in my garange .. there is no problem in getting them .. anyway they are cheap mosfet's .. that i use in RF power amplifiers .. Maybe a schematic will help .. ? Thanks ! |
