Pioneer SA 9900
Does anyone know where I can get a circuit diagram or service manual for a Pioneer SA9900 Amplifier?

Pioneer SA 9900
Thanks for that - I have placed an order.
 Do you happen to know what the two diodes on the small square regulator board that appears to feed the preamp are? They are marked W130 (Pioneer SA 9900)

I am new in this. I have the Pioneer sa9900 since 16 years. I bought this lovely machine from a friend who had it since 1977. No repair was needed only in 2000 a general check up was done by pioneer agency in Cologne. I have no user Manual or sevice manual can you help. Thanks

Hi David,
I bet they are 13V zener diodes. Measure them for a higher diode drop one way and open the other. Normally around 0.6 ~ 0.7V with 1mA test current. In operation, you should measure close to 13 VDC across them. -Chris |

pioneer sa-9900
i just buy a pioneer sa-9900 but the guy make small modification in it he by pass the preamp can someone send me some pics of the inside of this amps ,the modification was done near the switch for the pre in only 6 wire where move from place to place,and 2 wire to the phone jack ,many thanks
