Wink N-CHANNEL simple design ?

Does anyone knows of a simple n-channel design to use for a subwoofer ? about 100-150W rms !

I have some irfp250 that i want to use

It's nothing special... quasi complimentair output stage with one BJT and 2 MOSFETs ... much like the Citation mod of Nelson Pass?
