Dukane IB3250 ("two-fifty") high current consumption

I'm troubleshooting a Dukane 3250 with high DC current consumption in quiscent (no signal, no load) mode.
What I see is 0.1 volt DC on the output to the output transformer (which causes the high consumption) . It seem that it's drifting the biasings.
There are 2 adjustable trimmers.
Anyone has Idea about that (I have a schematic of the M250) which is "almost near" but with only one trimmer, and no instructions.
