I had problems when inserting this protection circuit into Holton's AV400 amp.
As I said earlier, it is working fine on stand-alone test : 4-5 sec of delay and trips with 2.5V DC conntect to 22K
When I connect it to the amp. it screws up again (I connect the grd of the circuit to grd of amp. and output of amp. to one side of contact with tapping of signal to 22k. and the other side of contact to spk.) Sometimes the contacts will close but the LED on the relay is just growing very dim. I try to pull off the 2 grd apart and the contact keeps openning and closing at a rate of about 1 sec. Even without feeding signal from amp. output to 22k, it still behaves very odd. Do anybody has any idea what is going on?
