For R6? You'd get a steeper slope than if you had just used the resistor. (12 db/octave instead of 6.) You'd want to take into account the internal resistance of the inductor and possibly keep a resistor in there, too, to keep any resulting resonance damped down.
Take a look at Nelson Pass's Zen Version 7 over at passdiy.com. The project involves a choke load on a single-stage MOSFET amp, similar in concept to your output stage. eL
