Default BUZ900 spice model available??

Is there a spice model available for the BUZ900??

I need to generally ball-park an operating point for it and need to find a model.

any 2SK135 models out there???

i managed to get the 2SK135 data...

I read only the Pspice parameters from Toshiba's 2SK1058/2SJ201 but not from BUZ901/906
