Quad 303 screws

Hello. I am restoring my Quad 303 amplifier. The screws to fix the top cover and the rear cover are different from ISO standard screws. They are not inch-size ones like the US product. Does anyone know the source for the screws for my future maintenance?

I believe that your screws are metrics (also called BSP thread) according to British Standard (and standard European norm)

Hi,

If they are similar size to M3.5, they are 4BA
If they are similar size to M2.5, they are 6BA

These were the UK small screw thread standard before we adopted ISO.
