Look for a semiconductor cross reference guide online.

I used Orcad's models for Multisim but it inogred NK parameter and alert. I deleted NK but SIM work unstable

Just in case you decide to actually build something using these transistors, do a search in this form regarding fake or counterfeit transistors. Be cautious where you get yours.

Hi,

You need Xspice models for multisim, hard to find no one really offers them, good reason for not using multisim.
