DIY Audio Meet this Saturday in Houston
I am hosting a Lone Star Bottlehead meeting this Saturday. Timing is noon till dark or so. Most amps and preamps will be tube, but there should be a pile of solid state also. My Le Monstre may even get a few minutes.
There are directions posted at the Lone Star Bottlehead site. It is at www.wardsweb.org. Then go to diy/tubes, then to the Lone Star page. Sorry for double posting this on both the Pass forum and this. But it is for a good cause, letting the tube fanatics actually hear good solid state. May convert a couple, I have gone from all tube to all solid state in the last 18 months. Even got a solid state tuner now. Good food and drinks available. George |
