Free IC samples - gate driver for switchmode amp?
International Rectifier has a 'free promotion' link on their website for some free gate drivers. I haven't looked at them much, but it looks like you can use them for a switchmode amp.

speaking of free samples
my 30 little op-amps arrived from Analog (along with A CD) only a couple days after I responded to their web-invitation. Included is one very, very low noise amp, a couple VGA's etc and an SMT device which I will never be able to implement without a microscope.
