HK Citation 11 Tweaks?

Has anyone done any tweaks to the HK Citation 11 Preamp? I've just bought one and was wondering if there are any godd tweaks out there?

Gotta be some around here. You could change it to a MOSFET output, I know I've seen that somewhere. I guess that's not really a tweak, more of an overhaul.

First you need the schematic.

Then send me a copy.

I will suggest some mods.

paulb is confused, he thinks this is the 12 power amp.

The 11 uses a single ended design with lots of caps that can be upgraded, as can the power supply.

The input buffer for the EQ is a very simple J-fet circuit, it works OK for what it is but you can do better.

I now have a schematic as a matter of fact I have an entire tech manual. Are you still willing to suggest some mods if I e-mail a scanned copy to you?

Would anyone else be willing to help me with this? I'd like to hook it up to my dual Gainclones and active crossovers to biamp some speakers I'm going to build. I'd really appreciate your help.

Check www.passdiy.com site. One of its first paper was on the HK FET modification.

Unfortunately that's for a Citation 12 Power AMP.
