so i am trying to simulate the bc558 and tip41 in pspice and i cant find any libriares
does anyone know where free ones are and how i would go about implementing theminto my pspice so that i am able to simulate my amp if any one has some good info on simulating amps in pspice send it my way because im working on trying to simulate my amp |

so i went to onsemiconductor and i found the .lib file for tip41 but how do i get the tip41 into the schematic before i simulate i need an .olb?
any help would be greatly apprecaited and also where can i get the lib for the bc 558 thanks |

yea thanks for finally responding but i yes i still need to know how to load models for psice when i dont have a symbol for it in or cad when i draw the circiut
please respond with some info thanks |

Hi,
http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/sloa070/sloa070.pdf This document seems out of date in some respects, but it still does the job. If you are having problems with how to add the library once you've made it: http://www.orcadpcb.com/kb_articles/020625.asp?bc=F For some more up to date info. steps 1 to 8 should do ya. That's how got I mine working...it's alot faster the second time you do it. Let me know if you still have problems. Chris |
